After the alleged assault she completed a SAVE (Sexual Assault Victim Exam) at a nearby medical center. Investigators found that the results of the examination were consistent with her account of a sexual assault and a DNA swab taken at the time subsequently identified Fabian as a suspect. The victims account of the attack appears to be supported by statements made to detectives by the gamer who had been playing online against Fabian, at the time of the alleged rape. In a sworn affidavit, the gamer claims he was playing Grand Theft Auto with Fabian when Fabian told the gamer that there was a girl at his house who he intended to smash. The men paused their game, but Fabian left his microphone on. The gamer told investigators that during the hiatus he could hear the a female voice groaning and saying no. After 15 minutes, they resumed the game. Fabian was arrested for lewd and lascivious battery/sexual activity with a victim between the ages of 12 and 15, and is being held at the Land O Lakes Detention Center. He is also charged with raping another teen on June 4th, weeks before the most recent case. He was arrested in June for another case involving a different 15-year-old girl, where he allegedly raped her in his home as well, said Kevin Doll, Pasco Sheriffs Office spokesman. Lock him up. Harry Potter started this trend, Twilight codified it, and the success of those franchises is why we keep getting these bad YA novel adaptations (Maze Runner, Divergent, Hunger Games, City of Bones, etc.). Fans of the novel will drag their parents to the theater, and if they're lucky they launch a trilogy off of it. If not, they can just cancel the sequel and line up to get the next one. I'm half-way tempted to add the Nutcracker movie in with these, because despite being an older story than those above examples, it's leaning heavily into the tone and filming style of those films, sprinkled through with a bit of Tim Burton.
